Our patented design means you can target any muscle in your back, easily moving the Reliefboard into place using its handles.
It uses your bodyweight to create a powerful counterforce, the more you lean back the more pressure will be applied.
Without the need to strain, you can breathe and relax into the Reliefboard as it works to release tension from your muscle.
THE RELIEFBOARD
"My physio gave me an exercise to do with a tennis ball but this works so much better!"
Includes 4 different pegs
The Round One - Emulates the feeling of a thumb being pressed into your back.
The Rollerball One - Allows you to incorporate motion to ease tension.
The Pointy One - For pinpoint accuracy and intense relief.
The Mini One - The smaller surface area enables a more targeted and higher pressure.
Two peg attachment points
There is both a top and middle attachment point, allowing you to target any muscle in your back.
The Top One - Targets muscles in your upper back, or lower back (by flipping the Reliefboard upside down and holding the handles above your shoulders).
The Middle One - Targets muscles in the middle of your back.
Do not fit two pegs on the board at the same time as this will hinder your ability to relax into the board.

Why the Reliefboard exists
It started with a simple request: “Can you press here?”
My partner suffered with painful tension in her back and neck.
The kind that constantly distracted you and refused to let you relax.
So she asked me to help.
Her instructions would allow me to pinpoint her pain.
“A bit higher.”
“To the right.”
I would press my thumb really hard into the area that was sore.
And it worked.
I could relieve her pain and tension.
The problem was…
I wasn’t always there.
And when I was there, the massages went on long enough that my hands and arms started to ache.
So I decided to build a solution.
After a few visits to my workshop, the first Reliefboard was born.
A wooden board designed to easily target her pain points and apply pressure to ease her tension.
But she didn’t just use it occasionally.
It became her go-to tool.
Because suddenly she had complete control:
The exact pressure, in the exact spot, for the exact amount of time she wanted.
No waiting for someone to help.
No achey thumbs.
Just relief - whenever she needed it.
Soon her friends began using it too.
Many of them worked in the care industry, where long hours and physical work often meant sore backs and tight shoulders.
And they kept coming back to the Reliefboard.
That’s when the thought hit me:
If it helps them this much… it could help a lot of people.
So that’s why the Reliefboard exists today.
It wasn’t designed in a boardroom.
It was created in a workshop,
tested at home,
and relied on by real people.
My hope is simple: That it helps you get the same relief she still enjoys today.
